ARTIST INITIATIVE

This new initiative is designed to give artists and companies the opportunity to develop new work in the studio over the course of 1-2 weeks. The work will be made possible by a stipend, collaborative support from the Studio's artistic team, and limited technical support. At the end of the residency, resident artists will share selections from their works-in-progress in Performance/Talks: readings, dance, music, etc., interwoven with discussion of the work in conversation with special guest artists, philosophers, scholars, civic and community leaders.
